Creating an Email or webmail account with your website domain name is a necessary task you should do it after creating a website , you may need to create an email account to let your visitors contact you , or you may need to create an email for receiving any requests .
The best thing in creating an email account from your cpanel , that it is @yourdomain.com , so that it gives your visitors more confidence to contact you .
Suppose we want to create an email account : contact@yourdomain.com to put it on your website to let your visitors contact you for any questions and requests .
So login to your Cpanel First .
Click on ” Add / Remove E-mail account(s) ” .
Now you are required to put the email name ( contact , admin , info…etc )
and put your password , then click Create .
And this what I’ve done :
Now go back to your Cpanel home .
Click on ” Read Webmail ” .
Now you have three choices to read your email from , first is read mail using ” Horde ” , or ” RoundCube ” or ” SquirrelMail ” .
You can access your visitors mail and your inbox through any of this choices and all are the same . But I prefer ” RoundCube ” as it has the best interface of them .
You can read , delete , spam and reply any email from RoundCube .
