I will till you , If you are going to have a static website that it is updated every month for example , the best thing is to design your website using FrontPage or Dreamweaver , but if your website is updated daily or may be hourly then your going to use any of the popular scripts on the internet , like WordPress , Joomla , PHP Nuke , you can call them Content Manger Script ( CMS ) .
